Sweet, sweet summertime. This season provides us with the space to focus and do things we can’t do during the rest of the year, but it often comes at the cost of our wellness routines. Travel, vacations, and neighborhood BBQ’s while having the kids out of school and a disrupted schedule make it easy to slide into bad habits and cast our health goals aside.

I know what it’s like to have a vision for how I’m going to look and feel during the summer only to wind up gaining weight, feeling self-conscious poolside, being constipated while traveling, and having to undo the damage come September.

Does this frustrating scenario sound familiar to you? The disruption of summer would throw a major wrench in my wellness routine and became a time of regression instead of progression. Then, I would spend the Fall trying to get back to baseline, only to be disrupted by the holidays. Every time “life” got in the way I would fall off the wagon, then all of my efforts would be just getting back to where I was before and never making TRUE progress!

It’s during this season that we want to feel our best. We crave confidence in our summer wardrobe and energy to keep up with every opportunity for adventure. Summer is a different way of being, and with a different routine we need to focus our efforts into creating a new strategy.

Learning the tools for success during summer, and whenever your schedule is thrown off, will keep you from falling off the wagon and repeating the same yo-yo pattern over and over again. Imagine what it would be like to feel calm and reassured when life gets crazy because you know EXACTLY what to do.

I want to teach you how to enjoy all summer has to offer without feeling guilty. Q: What if I’m going on vacation during the four week program?

A: You know what doesn’t take a vacation? Hunger! You still need to eat while traveling, and this program is going to set you up for success to make healthy choices and nourish your body well while enjoying your vacation. You will be able to access the group calls and training modules from anywhere you have internet access, or you can catch up when you return.

Q: Am I required to follow a strict meal plan?

A: Absolutely not. I’m supplying you the tools, structure, and habit change you need to fuel your body well. I will give recipes for inspiration but you are not required to eliminate any foods from your diet or follow a specific meal plan.

Q: Is there a payment plan available?
