Examples of non-food rewards:

Spend a special evening with friends.

Get your hair or nails done.

Treat yourself to the movies or a massage or buy a new article of clothing.

Go to a concert.

Take an hour to yourself to relax and unwind.

Buy a nice new knife.

A book of “coupons” to yourself: each coupon justifies the purchase of one healthy-but-expensive grocery item that you otherwise wouldn’t buy.

A replacement for your most annoying kitchen tool. Rusty can opener? Uneven vegetable peeler? Cracked cutting board? Ugly napkins? Replace it!

A new cookbook.

Grocery delivery service.

Outsource a shore you hate doing.
