Our focus topic for this month is Stress & Anxiety.


Step 1

Revisit & review your GOALS and your WHY. Make time to journal and set your intentions for the next month, 90 days, and year. Become clear about how you want to FEEL, what kind of IDENTITY you must to embody, and the BELIEFS you need to hold in oder to reach your goals.

We are revisiting Module 1 in TCC to help facilitate this exercise.
