I'm Lindsay, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach

I know you're busy.  I know you're overwhelmed.

There is SO much information about food and exercise circling about, and it's often conflicting or confusing. Perhaps you've tried a diet and failed, started an exercise routine and stopped, lost weight and then gained it back. I can relate because I’ve done all of those things.

My story isn't impressive because I lost over 40 lbs. and kept off for a decade and through three pregnancies. What I'm most grateful for is that I have a sustainable lifestyle that fuels me to be the wife, mom, and business owner I strive to be while maintaining a body I love!

Every area of my life has been touched and transformed for the better since I started my health and wellness journey. But, it's been a long road. I've spent over half my life overweight, unhealthy, and inflamed.  I've suffered from painful ovarian cysts, embarrassing acne, and terrible self-esteem. I've tried every diet, done every workout, and spent years feeling shameful about my body.

I help moms develop a simple nutrition and lifestyle plan to create optimal health and energy so that they can confidently rock their ideal body.

My hope and prayer is that my journey, with all its ups and downs, might enable me to help YOU!

I'm a personal trainer and Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach living in sunny southern California.  I've been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist for over 12 years and graduated from The Institute of Transformational Nutrition in 2014.  I spent four years attending Whitworth University in Spokane, WA and graduated in 2006 with a BA in Athletic Training and as a Certified Athletic Trainer. In 2017 I became a Certified Weight Loss Specialist. I'm a wife, mom of 3, and I completely understand how hard it is to prioritize your own health when life is busy!


As a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, I teach you how to make your diet work FOR you, turning off hunger hormones and balancing blood sugar to increase energy and expedite weight loss. I also look beyond food to coach you about mindset, the missing piece that most nutritionists overlook.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I help you figure out what kind of movement can compliment your goals and will realistically fit into your busy life. The most effective workouts don’t take hours out of your day!

As a wife, business owner, and mom of three, I know loads of tips, tricks and hacks to help you practically manage this whole eating healthy thing. I also know how to bust all your best excuses and can lovingly (something with tough love!) keep you on track because I am invested in your success too.

I want you to know that the hopes and dreams you have for your life are ALL possible. You CAN have the body you desire. You CAN radiate with health each day as you walk out the door. And I want to help you.
